About the plan
The city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife takes the first symbolic step towards celebrating its Carnival 2027 with the official presentation of the announcement poster. This free entry event will feature musical performances by Tonny Tun Tun and Maquinaria Band.
The event is at 20:30 and marks the prelude to the festivities, which will officially kick off on 22 January with the Opening Gala.
The posters were previously selected by a professional jury from a total of 41 options, and the public had the opportunity to vote for their favourite throughout the preceding week via the website carnavaldetenerife.com.
