KNOB SOLO is the personal project of Luis Suárez, a talented composer and percussionist with extensive training in various musical genres such as Jazz, Blues, Brazilian Music, Afrocuban Music, and Flamenco. With this innovative proposal, Suárez explores the sounds of Dub Step, Drum n´Bass, Ambient, and Neosoul, creating a rich and varied repertoire, perfect for a club session.
The highlight of KNOB SOLO is its innovative staging and instrumentation: a drum kit, pads, and synthesizers that Luis Suárez plays simultaneously. This unique, single-component format is avant-garde and unusual, offering a live show that fuses percussive mastery with contemporary electronics to create danceable tracks with intense and evocative sounds.
His music shows influences from great artists such as Aphex Twin, Bjork, Nate Wood, and Deantoni Parks, promising a high-quality musical experience at Asociación Equipo PARA, located at Calle la Marina 4 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
