El Kanka

Acclaimed singer-songwriter El Kanka returns to Tenerife to present La Calma, his seventh studio album, live. This concert, held at the Sala Sinfónica del Auditorio de Tenerife, promises a journey through ten new songs blending rumba, bolero, and pop, offering a unique perspective that transforms the everyday into art. The Malaga-born artist's proposal is an ode to life, a search for peace, and a reflection on the ups and downs of modern life, featuring tracks such as 'La Calma' (a plea for serenity), the tenderness of 'Limpieza general', and the romantic feel of 'Pensando en ti'.

With over fifteen years in the industry, El Kanka has established himself as one of the most beloved and respected singer-songwriters in Spanish music. His style, hard to categorise yet easy to recognise, draws from rumba, pop, trova, and singer-songwriter traditions with an unmistakable freshness. His repertoire has captivated audiences in both Spain and Latin America, backed by a discography that includes:

• Lo mal que estoy y lo poco que me quejo (2012)
• El día de suerte de Juan Gómez (2014)
• De pana y rubí (2015)
• El arte de saltar (2018)
• Cosas de los vivientes (2023)
• Las Canciones (2025)

The concert has an approximate duration of 1 hour and 40 minutes.
