XX International Clownbaret Festival at Teatro El Sauzal
About the plan
The Teatro El Sauzal hosts the clown theatre show “aaAhh BIBI”, a performance by Compagnie La Liberté as part of the XX International Clownbaret Festival (FIC 2026). The performance will take place on Sunday 4 October 2026 at 18:00, is recommended for all ages, and has a duration of 70 minutes.
The show introduces us to the world of Bibi, a character who believes in a space without apparent borders, where visions replace matter and imagination becomes the arithmetic of plausible poetry. Through Bibi, an idealistic, unreasonable, and necessary circus, understood by all, is presented.
This event is part of the twentieth edition of the International Clownbaret Festival – FIC 2026, which returns to the Canary Islands from 30 September to 25 October with an extraordinary programme. The festival will feature 17 world-class companies and artists, offering a total of 74 performances and activities that invite you to discover, feel, and connect with the fascinating universe of clowning and circus arts, touring 12 municipalities across the Canary Islands to bring the magic to every corner.
Tickets are priced at 12 € for the Standard Rate and 9 € for the Special Rate (applicable to students, under 25s, over 65s, and residents of El Sauzal municipality). To purchase them, you can go to the Theatre Offices (Calle Constitución, no. 3, next to the Town Hall) from Tuesday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00 (phone 922 149 756); at the box office 90 minutes before the start of the show; or via the online platform Ticketty. Proof of eligibility must be presented at the box office for reduced rates.
Spectators are informed that, once the performance has started, no entry to the auditorium will be permitted.
