6th Historical Novel Festival - Tacoronte 5/11 - 10h

The 6th Tacoronte City Historical Novel Festival takes place from 5 to 15 November in the municipality of Tacoronte. Under the motto "Canarian Sensibility and Mindset", this edition focuses on the prominent role of women in the history of the Canary Islands, seeking to highlight the fundamental role that women have played in the social, economic, and cultural development of the islands. The event is promoted by Tacoronte's Department of Culture and is supported by the Cabildo de Tenerife, which has granted a subsidy of €28,000 for its organisation.

The festival aims to showcase the richness of Canarian women's history as a source of inspiration and plotlines, solidifying Tacoronte and the archipelago as an ideal setting for contemporary historical literature.
