About the plan
The VIDOC mobile unit, launched by the National Police Force, arrives in El Sauzal to facilitate the renewal or issuance of official documents such as the electronic ID card (DNIe) and passport. This initiative represents a significant step forward in the decentralisation of administrative procedures, allowing residents to complete these processes conveniently within the municipality.

Monday 16 November 2026
- 09:30 to 12:30 DNIe and passport renewal/issuance service at Plaza de Ravelo. 26 appointments are available.
To be attended, it is essential to request an appointment in advance by calling 922 570 000, ext. #1200 or sending an email to oficinaravelo@elsauzal.es. Appointments will be allocated every 15 minutes during the established hours.
Payment of fees can be made in cash (please bring the exact amount) or by bank card.
- DNIe fee: 12 €
- Passport fee: 30 €
