Immortality
About the plan
The play 'Immortality' by Delirium Teatro comes to Teatro Leal in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, transporting us to the tumultuous yet promising 1970s. The plot follows a group of young university students who, amidst Spain's transition to democracy, share dreams, professional aspirations, loves and heartbreaks, and also fight against a dying regime.
The death of the young poet Félix Francisco Casanova acts as a catalyst, spurring them to unite and seek a way to escape mediocrity, yearning to achieve immortality in life, just like the ill-fated writer. The big question is: what action will they take to achieve it?
