El Pringo: Cooking Demonstration and Tasting
About the plan
Discover Tenerife's local gastronomy with the cooking demonstration and tasting of El Pringo, a traditional Canarian stew. This hearty yet humble dish is typical of Vilaflor de Chasna cuisine and is prepared with meat (pork, chicken, or rabbit, depending on the recipe), cooked with gofio balls, garlic, parsley, and a touch of wine.
You can watch it being prepared live at Parradisco, located in Plaza San Roque, Vilaflor, and taste it completely free of charge. The event will take place on Sunday 27 September 2026, from 15:00 to 16:00.
