24th La Laguna Early Music Festival

The 24th La Laguna Early Music Festival presents another edition of concerts dedicated to historical music in the heart of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. This annual festival is a must-attend event for lovers of Baroque and Renaissance music, featuring talented performers and carefully selected programmes that explore the sounds of bygone eras. Most performances will take place in the Sala Capitular of the Exconvento de Santo Domingo, with a special performance in the Patio de los Cipreses of the Exconvento de San Agustín.

Friday 23 October

• 20:00 - 'The Daughters of Venice: Music from the Ospedali', a concert featuring Alicia Hernández (traverse flute), Liana Llauger (archlute), and Raquel García (harpsichord and organetto), at the Sala Capitular of the Exconvento de Santo Domingo.

Saturday 24 October

• 20:00 - 'Bach & Sons', performed by Luis Martínez (flute) and Alfonso Sebastián (harpsichord), at the Sala Capitular of the Exconvento de Santo Domingo.

Saturday 31 October

• 20:00 - 'Muses of the Enlightenment', featuring Hugo Rodríguez Arteaga (bassoon) and Mariia Kurtynina (fortepiano), at the Sala Capitular of the Exconvento de Santo Domingo.

Sunday 1 November

• 12:00 - Morning concert by Trov'Antiga, held at the Patio de los Cipreses of the Exconvento de San Agustín.
