Pablo Sáinz-Villegas

The Auditorio de Tenerife's Sala de Cámara hosts a performance by Pablo Sáinz-Villegas, an internationally acclaimed guitarist hailed as Andrés Segovia's successor and 'the global ambassador of Spanish guitar' by Billboard Magazine. Sáinz-Villegas, the first solo guitarist to perform at New York's Carnegie Hall since Segovia and at the New Year's Concert with the Berliner Philharmoniker, offers an impressive musical journey through the most iconic works composed for guitar, from poignant romantic melodies to dazzling, high-impact pieces. This is a unique opportunity to experience the emotion of unrestrained passion through the magical six strings of his guitar, as part of the Auditorio's Ciclo de Cámara (Chamber Series).

He has performed in over 40 countries with prestigious orchestras such as the New York Philharmonic, Israel Philharmonic, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and the Orquesta Nacional de España, at venues like the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in Moscow and the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires. His milestones include participating in the Princess of Asturias Awards Concert and the Metropolitan Opera Gala at the Palace of Versailles, as well as massive performances at Santiago Bernabéu and the Hollywood Bowl.
