The acclaimed Japanese pianist Mao Fujita will offer a piano recital titled "From Clarity to Fire" in the Sala de Cámara del Auditorio de Tenerife. This concert, part of the prestigious Ciclo de Cámara and the Auditorium's piano programme, proposes a journey through more than a century of pianistic imagination, exploring the instrument's evolution from classical transparency to the expressive intensity of late Romanticism and modernity.

The recital has a total duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes, including a 20-minute interval. Tickets are priced at 15 €, and it is important to note that access to the hall is only permitted for those over five years old, and no entry will be allowed once the event has started.

About the pianist: At just 25 years old, Mao Fujita has impressed international critics with his sensitivity and naturalness at the piano. The New York Times praised his Carnegie Hall debut in January 2023, highlighting the "ethereal filigree" of his touch. Born in Tokyo, Fujita has been awarded First Prize at the Clara Haskil International Piano Competition in Switzerland (2017) and the Silver Medal at the International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow (2019), among many other accolades.
