About the plan
«Parallel Follies» is a hilarious psychological comedy that intertwines, in a dreamlike and unreal yet possible way, the lives of two professional couples. On one side, Guillermo, a doctor, and Luz, an architect. On the other, Gabriel, an architect, and Leticia, a doctor.
Through an irrational phenomenon, Gabriel and Luz cross the boundary of the unreal and suddenly find themselves in an apartment that seems to belong to both of them, but where the kitchen is his and the bathroom is hers. These disconcerting encounters repeat in a parallel world, leading Luz and Gabriel to fall in love after rebelling against the situation. All of this culminates in a surprising ending that elicits an empathetic smile, in what is presented as an original and delightful plot.
