1st Blue Mile City of La Laguna
About the plan
The 1st Blue Mile City of La Laguna is a charity race combining athletics, a festive atmosphere, and prostate cancer awareness. This first edition of the urban mile, with a distance of 1,609 metres, takes place in the heart of La Laguna, starting from Plaza del Cristo and its surroundings on Calle Viana.
The event is designed for all ages and primarily aims to raise awareness about prostate cancer prevention and early detection. It will feature various categories:
- Sub8 (for the youngest participants)
- Blue Mile Elite (for the most experienced runners)
- Masters
- Popular
- Adapted distances for juniors
In addition to the sporting events, the day will offer a lively atmosphere with music by Juana la Cubana and DJ JJ, along with informational and awareness activities. A perfect opportunity to enjoy sport with the family and support a good cause.
