Tribute to Lino Perreto
About the plan
An emotional tribute to the beloved and outstanding Canarian folklorist Lino Perreto, who passed away in March 2024, will be held in Tenerife's capital. This event seeks to honour and remember Perreto's legacy, whose work has been as influential as it has, at times, been overlooked by several generations of island musicians.
The concert will take place in Plaza de Santa Cruz, opposite Centro Comercial Meridiano, starting at 19:30. It will feature talented artists who will come together to pay tribute to his legacy:
- Lucas el Perno
- Agustín Díaz 'El Tapioca'
- María Envidia, known as the heart of Taco
