Murder at the Leal
About the plan
Immerse yourself in an intriguing dramatised tour, presented as an exciting clue-solving game at the Teatro Leal in San Cristóbal de La Laguna. Inspired by classic detective stories by Agatha Christie, this unique experience blends the theatre's historical reality from the 1930s with fictional elements, offering a participatory journey to uncover its secrets.
The tour was designed and is led by historian Néstor Verona, and features actors Antonio Conejo, Eduardo Feria, and Sigrid Ojel. Attendees will discover the historical and heritage value of this emblematic 'Temple of the Arts' in La Laguna.
The starting point is the theatre's hall, where 12 envelopes containing crucial clues and testimonies will be handed out to solve a mysterious crime that took place at the Hotel Aguere on 5 March 1933. From that moment, the audience themselves will decide the plot's development through an original 'Choose Your Own Adventure' game, exploring the different corners of the theatre to continue their investigation. An original way to learn about the history of the Teatro Leal in an interactive and exciting way.
