Zenón the Photographer
About the plan
The exhibition ‘Zenón the Photographer’ returns this Saturday, 5 September, to celebrate its 19th anniversary, offering a fascinating journey into the past of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. The exhibition, which features images with over three decades of the municipality's history, is a unique opportunity to stroll through the city centre and discover what its streets, festivals, and people were like in the past.
The photographs on display include:
- Images from past Fiestas del Cristo
- Key events and prominent figures
- Iconic city buildings
- Portraits of former students of the Universidad de La Laguna (ULL)
- Everyday scenes that are part of the city's collective memory
The exhibition is located outdoors in Carrera and Viana streets, opposite the old Colegio Nava La Salle, and can be visited from this Saturday, 5 September, until 15 September.
Additionally, this exhibition will coincide with the XVII 'Antonio García Rueda' Photographic Marathon, which will take place on 5 and 6 September. The photographs participating in this marathon will also be exhibited later, from 10 to 15 September, further enriching the cultural offering.
If you're looking for cultural plans in La Laguna, don't miss this exhibition in San Cristóbal de La Laguna from 05/09 to 15/09, an unmissable event to relive the city's history.
