About the plan
The eighth edition of the HER Feminist Festival returns to Santa Cruz de Tenerife with a transformative proposal under the theme 'From Code to Heartbeat'. This annual event continues to champion the powerful idea that occupying spaces from a feminist perspective is an essential way to transform culture and society.
The festival proposes an innovative approach to 'hacking the system', seeking to escape automatic and self-serving classifications, and reclaiming the value of the analogue, the physical, the collective, and the imperfect as avenues for expression and change.
The festival programme will run for five days, from Tuesday 22 to Saturday 26 September 2026.
