The Jornada Mujeres y Deporte 2026 from the University of La Laguna this year focuses on Functional Training for women aged 14 and over. This event, with free registration, will take place at the Central Sports Pavilion of the University of La Laguna.

- NOEMÍ MARTÍNEZ MARTÍNEZ: Physical Education and Sports Professional, Doctor of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, physiotherapist, national athletics coach, specialist in injury recovery and rehabilitation, and Director of the Postgraduate Programme in Sports Training and Rehabilitation at the Universidad Europea de Canarias.
- MARTA PITTERS PÉREZ: Physiotherapist specialised in Pelvic Floor at the University of San Jorge (Zaragoza) and expert in Physiosexology.
