La Laguna Tapa Route

From 1 July and running until 31 July, San Cristóbal de La Laguna transforms into a gastronomic hub with the new edition of its popular Ruta de la Tapa. This year, the initiative has reached record participation, with a total of 47 local establishments joining the event, offering unique culinary creations specially prepared for the occasion.

The route is not only a fantastic opportunity to sample innovative tapas, but also to support local businesses and discover the hard work and passion behind many of the city's establishments. Each participating establishment has designed a different experience, inviting residents and visitors alike to explore La Laguna's culinary richness.
