Discover 'The Sentimental Collection', a unique exhibition presented at La Recova Centro de Arte in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, specifically in Sala L La Recova. This exhibition invites reflection on the value of everyday items, through a collection of seemingly simple objects with no intrinsic value.
You'll find items such as pieces of paper, shopping coupons, disposable gloves, cardboard cups, napkins, stones, leaves, or sticks, all carefully gathered during walks and travels. The uniqueness of this collection lies in the perspective from which it was formed: objects that, to an adult, might seem like mere waste, but for a child, acquired a unique and special meaning, imbued with a deep sentimental character.
The exhibition will be open to the public from Thursday 27 August 2026 until Sunday 27 September 2026.
