The Puertito de Güímar Festivities 2026 host their traditional July programme in honour of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St James the Apostle. For two weeks, from 13 to 26 July, the popular coastal town of Güímar will be filled with a diverse programme of activities for all ages.
These popular festivities, with free entry, combine religious and cultural traditions with family entertainment and popular open-air dances in a unique festive atmosphere. Highlights include:
- Children's workshops and traditional games for the little ones
- Eucharistic celebrations and various religious acts taking place at the Parroquia de Santiago Apóstol
- Daily musical performances in the Plaza de las Indias
- Open-air dances to liven up the festive nights of Puertito de Güímar
