About the plan
A new edition of FAGATE 2026, the Tenerife Agricultural and Livestock Fair, returns. This consolidated annual event celebrates the primary sector of the Canary Islands. This year, the fair will host the Canary Islands Regional Native Breeds Fair, dedicated to preserving the Canary Islands Genetic Heritage, and the XLVII San Benito Abad Livestock Fair of La Laguna.
The event will take place over five days, from 15 to 19 July 2026, at the Casa del Ganadero-Camino de San Diego in San Cristóbal de La Laguna. Visitors will have the opportunity to get to know local livestock breeds up close, enjoy exhibitions and activities related to agriculture and livestock farming, and immerse themselves in Tenerife's rural tradition and culture.
