Children's Anthologies from the Ana Guacimara Hernández Martín Workshop

Discover the talent of young writers at the presentation of the Children's Anthologies from the Ana Guacimara Hernández Martín workshop. The young participants of this reading workshop, organised in collaboration with the Ateneo de La Laguna, will offer a poetry recital where they will publicly read their works and showcase the illustrations they have created and published in the 1st and 2nd Children's Anthologies.

This event, taking place on Friday, 4 September 2026, at 18:00, at Librería El Refugio (calle Maya, 21, in San Cristóbal de La Laguna), is a unique opportunity to support children's and youth creativity. The project's main objective is to promote literacy, reading comprehension, and literary knowledge among minors. The anthologies include original works and illustrations created by the participants themselves, as well as translations into several languages, highlighting an inclusive and global approach.
